Verizon Voices Recap

This post was made possible by the Verizon Health and Fitness Voices program. As a participant of the program I have been provided with two wireless devices and six months of service in exchange for my honest opinions about the products. I was also invited to Chicago to kick off the program which included a hotel stay, travel expenses and an entry into the Shamrock Shuffle 8k. Click here for more info on the program.

Six months ago I was excitedly telling you about being picked to be in the Verizon Health and Fitness Voices program and now I am here to tell you that sadly it is about to come to an end. Where did the 6 months go???

I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to be part of the program and I enjoyed every little bit of it. Including meeting fellow participants in Chicago, running the Shamrock Shuffle 8k and trying out a DROID RAZR HD and a Samsung Galaxy TAB 2.

Now that the 6 months is just about done I want to summarize my thoughts about Verizon and the devices that I tried.

Prior to the program I was a Verizon customer and I will continue to be one after the program closes. I have utilized Verizon for my cell phone service for as long as I can remember. With Verizon I pretty much always have a great signal and excellent reception. I have never had any issues with reliability or customer service in the entire time I have been with them! Can you say that about your provider?

The first device I got when I started the Verizon Health and Fitness Voices program was the DROID RAZR HD. I LOVE it! My previous phone was a DROID so I felt right at home with the RAZR. The best parts of the phone? The large screen, slim design, excellent camera and badass battery life! Luckily my time with my RAZR is not over as I opted to keep it. :)

The second device I received was the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. As you know from my recent post, I didn’t think I had much need for a tablet but now I use it more often than my laptop. It starts up super quick, I can access all my favorite apps and it is sized to take anywhere. I highly recommend it if you are thinking about purchasing a tablet.

Thanks again to Verizon for inviting me to be a part of the Health and Fitness Voices program. It was a fun ride!
